Dance Classes for Adults
Designed by Sarina, the inspiration behind the internationally syndicated television series The Barefoot Dancer, these classes combine Eastern and Western movement concepts alongside with the love and joy of dancing. Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Ethnic and Modern Dance are integrated to create a movement process that achieves a simple but playful union of the body, mind and spirit.
Adult classes include:
- Soul Moves- world and yoga dance for the athletic dancer
- Vintage Dancers- choreographed and designed with the vintage dancer in mind (for women sixty and older)
